Kauffman/Anderson is led by Charles Kauffman, Ph.D., and Casey Anderson, J.D. Together they have more than five decades of experience in legal and communications theory and practice. They have consulted on some of the largest trials and most complex issues litigated in the United States.

In consulting on more than 200 cases over the past decade, they have developed expertise on juror behavior in antitrust, intellectual property, mass torts and product liability, professional malpractice, employment discrimination, and accounting and securities fraud.

Dr. Kauffman and Mr. Anderson are routinely involved in every phase of litigation, from framing the complaint or answer, evaluating venues, and developing discovery strategies to conducting mock trial research, preparing witnesses, selecting juries, and preparing opening and closing statements.
